After Śrī Dharaṇīdhara Maharaj his eldest son Śrī Nārāyaṇa Maharaj II became the successor in 1772 AD. He was born in the year 1745 AD. His wife’s name was Abai. He had a son named Chiṁtāmaṇī. Śrī Nārāyaṇa Maharaj II was a great ascetic. He had spiritual powers. Once Śrī Madhavrao Peshawe decided to wage a war against British invaders and accordingly he along with Nana fadnis and Sakharam Bapu visited Ojhar to take blessings. Śrī Maharaj blessed them and told them that they would win the battle. As per the blessings Madhavrao Peshawe won and as a mark of gratitude he conferred grant of villages to Samsthan which is still with the samsthana. In the year 1802 AD in the month of Mārgaśīrṣa Śrī Nārāyaṇa Maharaj left for heavenly abode.
